AMANN Group has appointed Markus Nicolaus as CEO and Christine Bauer as CCO in a restructure of the management team.
Under Mr Nicolaus’ leadership, the executive board has been reorganised and now consists of four members:
- Markus Nicolaus, CEO and also chairman of the management board.
- Christine Bauer, CCO, joins the board for the first time.
- Ivo Herzog, chief sustainability and innovation officer, and member of the board since 2022.
- Peter Morgalla, COO, and member of the board since 2013.
Wolfgang Findeis, CFO and Arved Westerkamp, CSO, left the company at the end of May.
