Mismatic introduces new semi-automatic screen printing machine

The Lorenzo

The Lorenzo is the latest screen printing machine to be added to Mismatic’s growing product portfolio.

The semi-automatic screen printing machine is similar to the manufacturer’s Sophia – a single-colour automatic screen printing machine, but is equipped with a vacuum printing table.

Lorenzo is an evolution of Sophia and shares the same structure, mechanics and electronics. Its main function is for the printing of paper and cardboard, but should a screen printer wish to use it for printing garments a printing table without a vacuum can be installed in a few minutes.

Other features:

  • A moving printing table: The  mobile printing table makes loading and unloading material quick and easy.
  • Automatic ink recovery system: During printing, the squeegee and scraper move between two limit switches. When the system is
activated, the squeegee and scraper make a longer stroke in order to get the ink that has slipped at the bottom of the screen and bring it back for subsequent prints.
  • WiFi: The Lorenzo can be equipped with either an ethernet or via WiFi, meaning remote service is now a possibility. The Lorenzo can also be controlled from tablets and smartphones.
