
DTF pioneer Resolute has recently boosted its ranks by hiring Nick Macfarlane as its new head of customer relations.
Mr Macfarlane has been in the print industry since 2007, having versatile experience from such roles as product trainer, account manager and sales specialist. Throughout this time, he has worked for some of the largest names in the industry, focusing on successfully launching new products to market.
Mr Macfarlane said: “In this new role, I’ll aim to build upon our already fantastic relationships and strengthen our existing bonds.
“The key lesson from my 20-year journey is clear: When we engage with all customers, including new prospects, as a true partner instead of a traditional supplier/buyer, we proactively drive mutual growth and success.”
Resolute operations director, Rachel Marsh, said: “We value our customer base at Resolute, many of whom have been long-term loyal customers, so appointing Nick to be their champion within our organisation is a natural step.
