Jamie Hood and Dominic Bunce have been given new roles in David Sharp

David Sharp has announced two senior leadership appointments designed to support the group’s continued growth across digitising, production and online fulfilment services.

Dominic Bunce has been appointed managing director of David Sharp Digitising and sister company David Sharp International.

With 26 years’ experience in the garment-decoration industry, Mr Bunce will lead the group’s embroidery digitising and vector artwork operations, alongside its expanding production-support services, including DTF transfers and its consumables range.

Jamie Hood, who remains a director within the David Sharp Group and brings 21 years’ industry experience, becomes managing director of Disgu.com.

He will lead the complete store-management service for trade customers, providing webstore setup, garment printing, embroidery, order fulfilment and direct delivery for the print-on-demand and embroidery-on-demand sector.

Mr Hood has played a central role in David Sharp’s development, combining technical embroidery expertise with a strong focus on efficient, commercially practical production, and will continue this role alongside his Disgu appointment.

These new positions reflect the group’s commitment to specialist leadership, service innovation and helping garment decorators grow without the need for additional machinery, stock or production capacity.
