The STI Silicone Ink System offers a completely PVC-free and phthalate-free solution while offering very high stretch and opacity along with a smooth hand feel and pleasing matt look. The silicone ink system is also very bleed resistant when the curing parameters are correctly followed.
Lancer offers a silicone ink system for direct printing as well as for heat transfers. The direct print system contains a white, three bases including a clear, transparent and high opacity, high density clear and access to the full range of Evolution pigment concentrates for mixing a full range of colours.
Initial trials in the UK have shown the tremendous potential this new ink system holds. Creating a high build screen using our Procol Exp CEP, high solids emulsion and experimenting with clear, high density and mixed colours gave excellent results.
