At the heart of the AUTO 6/3 is its automatic rotary function, engineered to maintain a steady flow between garments and reduce downtime. For high-volume operations, this means faster turnaround and consistent output, even under the pressures of peak demand. On a fast nine second cycle, a single operator can process up to 400 items per hour!
The machine’s six 40×50cm platens accommodate a broad spectrum of transfer sizes, while advanced pressure and heat control ensures every print leaves the press with flawless adhesion and vibrant colour. Transfers are automatically loaded and peeled, ensuring perfect placement every time, with the ability to place and peel in two separate locations on a garment. This is ideal for neck labels and chest prints in the same cycle.
Able to pre- or post-press, depending on the fabric being decorated, Resolute’s AUTO 6/3 positions itself as more than a machine, it’s a catalyst for growth in the modern print shop.
