A series of appointments and promotions with Roland DG’s UK and European teams, follow Brett Newman’s recent promotion to the position of MD of the UK branch earlier this year.
Sarah Lyons has joined the company and heads up Roland DG’s new marketing team. She has a background in FMCG marketing and has a passion for delivering innovative and creative marketing campaigns.
She said: “I’m really pleased to be joining such a fantastic company in Roland DG – it is a company which holds a huge amount of prestige in its products and loyalty in its end users – they really define what customer service means – and this is reflected in their market leading status. We have some great plans for Roland DG in the year ahead and I’m looking forward to helping the business go from strength to strength.”
Gillian Montanaro, the former head of marketing, has been promoted to the prominent position as head of EMEA marketing, involving the development of co-ordination and strategy Europe-wide.
Ms Montanaro has joined ranks with Jerry Davies; previous managing director of Roland DG UK who was recently promoted to president of European sales, as well as retaining his current position as chairman of the European sales team. Having delivered record sales figures for Roland DG UK over the last decade, this latest move continues his rise through the ranks at Roland DG since he joined the company in 2000.
These new appointments reflect the development of Roland DG as a global brand, and shows the level of determination for continued future growth.
