RTP Apparel has launched a T shirt that is set to shake up the DTG printing market.
The company has manufactured a DTG engineered T shirt that requires no pre-treatment.
These shirts have been designed from the threads up to provide the absolute best printing and ink reactive fabric to give make the DTG process easier and more efficient. These shirts license and utilise pre-treatment technology from Image Armor.
The garments are completely pre-treated and allow for DTG prints anywhere on the shirt including over the sleeves and down the sides of the garment. With the introduction of these ready to print T shirts the DTG production process has been streamlined to be more efficient, profitable, while removing common issues with pre-treatment boxes, staining, dye reactions, and inconsistent pre-treatment application.
Shirts will initially be available in black and white in sizes S-3X.
Although not currently available in the UK, the launch of the T shirts in the United States certainly looks set to make some waves in the DTG industry.
