Sabur Digital is open all hours

During these unprecedented times, the safety and wellbeing of  Sabur Digital’s customers is extremely important to the team and as such they are continuing to offer customers various options to view and test equipment.

Face 2 Face: Customers are still ‘very welcome’ to visit the show suite as the team understand that there is no better way to view equipment than to be physically on site testing and using the machines, each piece of equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to your ‘pre-registered’ appointment. On entering reception Sabur will have available hand sanitiser, face masks and gloves and the sales team will welcome you (socially distanced of course) and guide you through the vast portfolio of products that Sabur has both on site or available from its world class supplier network including DGI, Mimaki, Klieverik, Roland, iECHO, Sefa and Drytac.

Zoom/ Teams: In this mad world, video conferencing in some cases has become the new normal, Sabur can set up a face-to-face viewing and demonstration over screen via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. A meeting can be set up between a product specialist and as many remote invitees as you need to view the machinery in action, you can also pre-send your images and substrates for testing prior to the call.

Out of hours: Customers are invited to the show suite ‘out of hours’ to work alongside a product specialist at a day or time that fits in with your busy work schedule, this includes evenings and weekends. The usual COVID-19 safety measures will be in place and as always the kettle will be on.
