Schoolwear range ramps up in 2015

BTC activewear is well known for its strong schoolwear range including the extremely popular Jerzees Schoolgear collection and 2015 also sees additions from brands such as Fruit Of The Loom, Gildan, Result Core and the new Active by Stedman range.

The choice of children’s outerwear has further increased in 2015 with the great new styles from Active by Stedman. The ST5170 Children’s Fleece Jacket is a great uniform addition. It is made from 100% polyester micro-fleece with anti-pilling treatment and features a tone-on-tone zipper with inside front flap. Also available is the ST5770 Children’s Sweat Jacket. This unisex style hoodie features a double fabric hood, kangaroo pocket, brushed inside and decorative flatlock seams.

New from Result Core is the R224JY Junior TX Performance Hooded Softshell that features reflective detailing on the front and back, full front zip with chin guard and a fashionable shaped longer back panel. This jacket also has a TPU membrane that provides breathable, water and wind protection to the wearer.

A staple item in any school uniform is the polo and BTC have something to fit any requirement. New for 2015 is the 72800B Gildan DryBlend Youth Double Piqué Polo made from 65% polyester and 35% ring spun cotton. An ideal garment for schoolwear due to its DryBlend moisture-wicking properties, contoured welt collar and cuffs as well as two colour-matched buttons.

The 599B Jerzees Schoolgear Children’s Hardwearing Polo delivers on price without stinting on quality. Suitable for 60°C wash and tumble dry, this polo has superior durability, wash after wash and features side vents for ease of fit, a spare button on the inside seam, reinforced shoulder seams and is available in seven colours.

The R228J Result Core Junior Art Smock features water repellent fabric that protects the clothing underneath and there is a tear release front closing for safety. Available in two colours this smock has a rib knitted collar for comfort, elasticated cuffs and two patch pockets, ideal for arts and crafts.
