Following the disruption caused by the pandemic over the last 19 months the directors of Snap Products have carried out a strategic review of its operations to ensure the company is in a position to adapt to the changing business landscape and how to drive costs down.
Effective from Tuesday, November 30, Snap Products has agreed a deal with The Pen Warehouse (Tancia) to formally transfer all sales operations to the company at its state-of-the-art facility in Aldershot.
James Cleere, managing director, said: “This deal strengthens Snap Products’ business proposition by reducing costs and with the added financial strength of Tancia, will ensure we are able to augment our product offering and continue to deliver and improve on the high level of customer service we are
passionate about.”
Established in 1994, Tancia has a long track record of consistent, profitable growth as a trade supplier in the promotional merchandise industry and has a well-deserved reputation for excellent standards of customer service.
Mr Cleere continued: “The financial strength of Tancia will ensure that we are able to adapt quickly to challenges, particularly as we are entering a new B2B digital age.
“Following a multi-million-pound investment in their Aldershot manufacturing and warehouse facilities, Tancia is planning additional significant investment in IT to ensure that Snap Products’ current range is seamlessly incorporated into Tancia’s and that our sales and sales-ordering, warehousing, manufacturing and financials are fully aligned in one place.”
