SOL’S is set to break last year’s record of 17 million annual unit sales of the SOL’S Regent T shirt in 2017.

The T shirt has been breaking records since its creation in 1998. More than 225 million pieces have been sold in over 60 countries around the world, with year-on-year-growth climbing to 10% in recent years.

The Regent line is based around the Anywhere by SOL’S concept that clothing is created for everybody, for every moment, for any time, for anywhere. This round-neck T shirt, available in more than 40 colours, is a perfect fit for every activity and caters to all needs within any market or profession.

SOL’S president, Alain Milgrom, said: “We are delighted to have reached another important milestone thanks to SOL’S Regent. With its high quality, comfort, versatility and unique range of colours, it perfectly sums up SOL’S DNA.

“SOL’S Regent, the brand’s flagship product, encapsulates all the characteristics and attributes that can be found across SOL’S wide portfolio of promotional textiles. The success of the original Regent T shirt is also reflected in the other products which now form a part of this line, such as Regent Kids, Regent Fit and this year’s new entry, Regent Women.”

Regent’s recent achievement highlights once again SOL’S leading position within the industry, and reinforces the prominent role of textiles within the promotional sector.
