Manufacturer of laser marking, cutting and engraving machines, Trotec Laser, recently celebrated the grand opening of its latest showroom in Blanchardstown, Dublin, adding to its worldwide portfolio.

Managing director, Martin Horne, said: “Trotec Laser is expanding rapidly worldwide as the world leader in Laser Technology and Trotec Ireland, located in Dublin, is our latest venture.

“Previously we invited potential clients to join us at one of our many showrooms across the UK or at specially held events in Ireland, however, we recognised the superb potential in the Irish market and know now is the time to invest in Ireland. Therefore, we have now opened our first Showroom and Technical and Learning centre, together with an extensive warehouse facility in Dublin. This will fully support our Irish clients, as we continue to develop our growing laser and consumables business.

“We pride ourselves in making businesses more profitable and look forward to continuing to develop long lasting partnerships in Ireland.”

From the entry level Rayjet with a bed size of 18x12in to the large format SP1500, arriving in the UK for the first time in March, which is able to process material up to 59x49in, Trotec Laser produces a vast range of laser cutters, engravers and markers.  With the ability to process a multitude of materials including wood, plastics, fabric, paper, leather, glass and stone, Trotec Laser also has an exclusive patent on the dual CO2 and fiber source flexx series of lasers enabling the user to also process metal all on one machine.

Trotec Laser works with a multitude of markets including automotive, electronics, clothing manufacturing, architecture, personalised gifts plus schools and universities to name just a few, working together to streamline production, reduce costs and open doors into new markets.

National sales manager Bryan Jater added: “The grand opening of our Ireland showroom has introduced us to lots of new clients with exciting business plans and has also seen the return of some familiar faces, who, thanks to help from their Trotec laser, have seen their businesses expand.”
