Visit Adelco at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2020

Launching into a new decade is always exciting. At the beginning of 2020 Adelco will be exhibiting at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! (stand D70).

Launching at the exhibition will be the Adelco Cyclone automatic screen press to the UK market. Demonstrating in production mode the ease of use, fast loading times and unbeatable ink stability.

The Cyclone range is based upon robust, heavy duty foundations to which bespoke lightweight aluminium extrusions and precision CNC parts are fitted with meticulous attention to detail. Adding to this Adelco’s advanced control system enables the Cyclone carousel to run pin point accuracy at extreme speeds while still offering incredible value for money.

Adelco will also be exhibiting its highly efficient and effective conveyor dryers, in particular the Dual dryer. The Dual has two independent conveyor belts one on top of the other, with independent burners and timers, preserving much needed space. This unique dryer has separate heat chambers, airflow and exhaust for the top and bottom belts on this double belt concept. This further increases the huge throughput capabilities in both digital and conventional print requirements without increasing the size of the dryer.

All Adelco dryers including the Dual, Digi-Cure and of course the flagship Adelco Pro-Cure range are fitted with internal exhaust hoods over the feed and exit sections of the oven to provide a cleaner working environment without having to add optional extraction hoods and exhaust connections.

To complete the production line we will also be showcasing the folding, bagging and packing machines from Thermotron. A company also known for its innovation and quality.

Adelco’s technical sales director Luke Smith will be speaking at the Screen Print Workshop at 12.30pm every day during the show.
