Wild Thang has partnered with Liverpool & Sefton Chambers of Commerce to offer apprenticeships to around 10 young people.
And now one of the company’s very own employees features in the chamber of commerce’s website as an example of an apprenticeship success story.
Stacey Seary joined Wild Thang as an apprentice 10 years ago and has risen through the ranks to become a senior sales supervisor.
Andrew Dwerryhouse, managing director, said: “We are all really proud of Stacey being featured as a star apprentice success story.
“Stacey came into the business 10 years ago as an apprentice with little experience and has now progressed step by step to become a senior sales supervisor, branded merchandise expert and a genuine asset to Wild Thang’s senior team.
“We have a genuine sense of pride as a company having seen a number of apprentices positively develop over those years learning as they earned. Stacey is a shining example of how taking the apprenticeship route can lead to success to both the company and the employee, a big thank you goes to the Liverpool & Sefton Chambers of Commerce for their help and expert guidance developing all our apprentices.
“As a growing company we have identified apprenticeships as a key part of our future employment growth plans, so will continue to invest in the next generation of school leavers who all have incredible untapped potential.”
