A new look show for 2018

After 20 years of The Schoolwear Show, there will be quite a new look to this October’s event.

An updated logo is just the start, with a completely new show format, using islands and a much more open plan feel. No long corridors any more, it should be a delight for both exhibitors and visitors and this year there will be seminars on the Sunday and Monday, morning and afternoon.

There is an updated website and registration couldn’t be easier. You will experience a distinct change in the way the show can help you to see everything more clearly. A show guide will be given to all visitors, detailing all the exhibitors and what they do. Schoolwear Association (SA) members who are exhibiting will have their membership clearly displayed in the show guide and on their stands.

The directors of The Schoolwear Show continue to be extremely supportive of the Schoolwear Association, the voice of the industry. The importance of this show cannot be underestimated as the market gears itself for another challenging year, where competition will continue to be intense. It will be important to be there, either as an exhibitor or a schoolwear specialist. You really can’t miss what is promising to be the best show yet.

There continues to be an increase in the number of schools reviewing their uniforms policies. The Schoolwear Show can make the difference to your business. You can stay over and go to the Sunday night SA event, Let Us Entertain You, and see who wins one of the six SA awards, it might be you!

Opening times

The show’s opening days/hours are Sunday, October 14 and Monday, October 15 9.00am to 5.00pm, and 9.00am to 3.00pm on Tuesday, October 16. There are informal drinks and nibbles from 4.00pm on the Monday where you can continue working away, or mix with some of the really interesting people who will be there. It is a great opportunity to meet existing and new suppliers and see what is being introduced for back to school 2019.

Online registration and parking are free. Buyers are requested to pre-register for the show by completing the simple online process.  There is so much information on the new website to help you plan. Remember fail to plan and you plan to fail.

Please note all visitors have to register to gain free entry to the show. If you have not registered you will be charged £10 entry fee per person, which is donated to the SA.
