Soyang Europe has strengthened its UK hardware team with a series of senior appointments and a promotion, with the company expanding its focus on wide-format technology and customer support.
Andy Webb has joined the business as commercial director, while Ian Windebank has taken on the role of wide-format print specialist.
Both bring experience across print technology, hardware sales and customer support, with Webb having held senior positions at Fujifilm and Canon, and Windebank bringing more than a decade of print industry experience, including 11 years with InkTec Europe.
Damien Martin has also been promoted to wide-format manager for the UK & Ireland, having joined Soyang as sales manager in April 2024. He will oversee sales of the company’s 1.6m-wide equipment portfolio, including Mimaki printers and cutters, Graphtec cutting plotters and VeloBlade die-cutting systems.
On his promotion, Damien Martin said: “I’m very grateful for the opportunity. The wide-format portfolio within our hardware department continues to go from strength to strength, and I’m looking forward to working closely with our partners and supporting customers across a broad range of markets.”
