Since the early 1990s Beechfield has built its reputation on providing quality headwear to the promotional industry. Beechfield never rests on its laurels and always looks to introduce new styles and evolve established products by adding new colourways and materials.
For 2016, the Beechfield Headwear range sees the launch of 25 new products in nine key areas such as Urban, Slope Style, Winter Essentials, Athleisure, Sublimation, Graphic collection and the all new Signature Collection of premium caps. From baseball caps to beanies, snapbacks to ski gear, promo basics to retail-ready, Beechfield continues to design and supply headwear for all occasions and requirements.
This year sees the launch of the new Beechfield Signature Collection comprising five superior-quality caps: the B860 Stretch-Fit Baseball Cap, B845 5-Panel Mesh Snapback, the B866 6-Panel Snapback, the B866c 6-Panel Contrast Snapback and the B865 Fitted Flat Peak Cap. “The exceptional craftsmanship and fabrics we use in the Signature Collection results in premium quality products that will sit alongside the best caps on the market, while maintaining a reasonable price point,” Beechfield explains. In addition, the products’ TearAway labels will allows e-tailers and retailers to easily rebrand the caps so they can add value while preserving a good margin and an attractive price for the end user.

The 2016 Beechfield Urban collection is inspired by casual urban street style, and sits with multiple projected trends for 2016. The snapback has featured heavily in previous seasons and this will continue into 2016, alongside softer, unstructured styles. These will include the B684 Drifter Snapback and B685 Beachcomber Strapback, which exude minimalist, less-is-more attitude and nostalgic appeal. These new styles are offered in basic hues of black, white, military green and navy. Other additions include two new pitcher styles: the B670 Pitcher Snapback and the B671 Pitcher PU Peak Snapback. Both are modelled on traditional American five-panel camper/flat peak hybrid styles, aligning them with the high street trend for texture and minimalism. “The end-users for these Urban styles include skate, surf and snowboarding enthusiasts, while the PU peak would appeal more to a mature urban fashionwear buyer.”
The new Beechfield Graphic caps are designed to coordinate with the BagBase Graphic bags collection. “In a market dominated by plain garments, Beechfield has decided in 2016 to introduce a collection of patterned headwear (Beechfield) and backpacks (BagBase) to address the growing popularity on the high street of co-ordinated design that is rich for on-trend embellishment and rebranding,” the brand explains.
The Graphic collection comprises six printed products: two BagBase backpacks, two Beechfield snapbacks, and two Beechfield five-panel caps. These products will be available in a total of six different patterns. With the Graphic collection the company aims to offer customers the opportunity to use a printed style, which can be marketed or sold blank, as well as providing decorators and brands with the option to add further decoration and brand personalisation.

Another area where the company has introduced product co-ordination in 2016 is the Athleisure collection. The B20 Athleisure 6 Panel Cap from Beechfield complements the BagBase Athleisure bag range, and comes in a range of 15 colourways. “Made from 100% brushed cotton with a TearAway label, this cap will be great for the promotion of coordinated bag/cap packages for decorators and brands alike,” Beechfield advises.
The Beechfield Autumn/Winter collection for 2016 is equally wide ranging and fashionable, featuring the B45 Original Cuffed beanie in 36 colourways, the B482 Slalom Boarder Beanie, the B485 Twist-Knit Pom Pom Beanie, the B422 Classic Waffle Knit Beanie, the B424 Classic Waffle Knit Scarf and the B488 Eternity Snood Scarf, amongst other on-trend 2016 winter styles.
“2016 is going to be a stand out year for Beechfield with new products continually coming to market that are designed for ease of decoration and ease of use for our customers,” concludes the brand.
