The Madeira Classic No. 40 Embroidery Thread (MR001) is a viscose rayon thread, suitable for all embroidery (except where the garment is being washed with bleach or chlorine) and washable up to 95°C. This thread comes in a suite of Pantone matched colours, offering a perfect match to any logo or colour palette. The Madeira Polyneon No. 40 Embroidery Thread (MR002) is a similar thread which is more suitable for industrial laundering with bleaches and chlorine. For a matt finish, try the Madeira Frosted Matt No. 40 Embroidery Thread (MR006). With unmatched lightfastness, it’s easy to wash and care for.
The Madeira range also includes Pre-Wound Bobbins (MR020) which are ready to use and contain the same amount of thread on each bobbin, allowing all bobbins to be changed at the same time and make any job a little easier.
The scissors available from Madeira include the Madeira Curved Gold Plated Embroidery Scissors (MR022), plated in 22 carat gold, as well as options in steel (MR023) and carbon steel (MR024). The Madeira Needles (MR030) are stainless steel large eye needles which are suitable for use on most multi-head embroidery and industrial monogram machines. They are sold in boxes of 100 and come with recommended needle sizes according to thread weight.
