The No Weed process is a two-paper system which produces superior quality textile transfers using a laser printer. What makes this technology so special is that you can now produce very fine detail designs with separated elements that require absolutely no weeding.
For those looking to begin with sublimation technology, Xpres offers a choice of A4 and A3 printers from Ricoh. Xpres also offers a variety of solutions from Mimaki, Epson and Mutoh.
All Mimaki CJV/JV 150 and 300 series printers (excluding the CJV150-75) are sublimation compatible and in the guise of the JV5-320 will create output up to 3.2m wide.
The Mutoh ValueJet 1638WX delivers high quality graphics for transfer onto both flexible and rigid polyester materials. Offering production speeds up to 65sq m/h, the machine supports all typical weights of dye sublimation transfer paper (from 66 to 150gsm) and delivers excellent cost per print performance and durability.
To complete your sublimation system Xpres has a wide range of heat presses for transfer application. One such machine is the Sefa Subli-1510. Touch screen panels offer an intuitive interface and it delivers superb performance from the double-driven plates that work alternately with powerful pressure applied by four air cylinders.
