As the first to bring DTF to the UK on a commercial scale, Resolute continues to be at the forefront with its range of equipment and DTF consumables, but more importantly, Resolute’s depth of knowledge in the DTF process is second to none.

Resolute’s new range starts with the future proof 60/42cm R-Jet PRO DTF V4 through to the mighty 90cm Hybrid DTF UV2.

Six different systems

In 2023 Resolute will have no less than six different DTF systems to suit your business. Since August 2022 Resolute has doubled its number of DTF technicians, allowing the company to sell direct and perform all installations and customer support exclusively.

Resolute’s warranty and extended service agreements include its new customer portal and unique exclusive owners Trade Print Service as part of the backup and over capacity plan. No matter what the circumstances, staff shortages, holidays etc. or if you don’t want to turn down additional large jobs that could take you over capacity, Resolute’s Trade Print Services are available to all Resolute customers who have purchased DTF equipment directly. The non-profit making service is charged at RRP for consumables plus labour, meaning there is plenty of room for your margin without burning the midnight oil.

With a new range of automated heat presses and curing ovens for 2023, along with its own Resolute Premium Oeko-Tex certified DTF inks and film, the only hybrid powder/ powderless DTF system available with sublimation blocking capabilities and the new R-Jet PRO DTF UV2 with fully automated lamination, Resolute has the widest range of DTF systems available in the UK.

Exclusive models

The following models are available exclusively from Resolute.

• R-Jet PRO DTF V4 60/42

With its reduced foot print the R-Jet PRO DTF V4 is a future proof DTF printer. At just 1.13m wide it can be configured to run with 42cm film, an oven for manual curing or a 42cm automated powder curing unit. As your business grows the V4 grows with you, with a simple software upgrade you can print onto 60cm DTF film and connect to Resolute’s fully automated power saving 60cm curing unit with automatic powder application. Servo assisted film feed, electrically operated pinch wheels, collision detection and print head temperature monitoring are just a few of the V4’s features that make it stand out from similar looking DTF printers. As one of the simplest and most reliable DTF printers to use, no one supplies similar equipment to the V4 and, since August 2022 Resolute’s DTF printers and experience are available exclusively from Resolute.

• R-Jet PRO DTF Hybrid 1

The Hybrid 1 started life as the first powderless DTF system available, Resolute quickly realised with some clever software you could attach a specially modified curing unit which allows for powderless or powder prints. By doing this, printing clear adhesive attracts powder adhesive giving the transfers workwear durability with the benefit of being able to use hot foil for extra features. Powderless prints are super soft and stretchy, while the durability is great for such a thin print. Adding the powder offers the best of both worlds in a single DTF system. The Hybrid 1 is also available with sublimation blocker, while no-one can guarantee 100% block, the dye migration properties of Hybrid 1 are far superior to any other DTF system available.

• R-Jet PRO DTF UV2

If you have ever wanted to print directly onto a product, but it wouldn’t feed through a UV printer, R-Jet PRO DTF UV2 now makes this possible. It’s not just a DTF printer, its vacuum belt allows for hard substrates to be printed up to 90cm wide, with front and rear feed tables it can handle some impressive length sign boards and packaging. In DTF mode it automatically laminates the printed self-adhesive ink, CMYK, white and a clear protective varnish are all printed and cured by the liquid cooled LED UV lamps in a single pass. The media that exits the printer is ready to use, it can also print the registration marks and barcode data for a range of roll and flatbed cutters. This is especially useful when producing small UV labels or variable data custom packaging. Decorating bottles, glasses, trophies, hard hats, sports gear etc becomes a much quicker process when using the R-Jet PRO DTF UV2 system; all without the need for complex jigs. In a recent pilot scheme, beer glasses decorated with print produced on the R-Jet PRO DTF UV2 passed a commercial disk washing process over the four-day Easter holidays with flying colours.
