The new facility

Inkthreadable has moved into a new facility and expanded its fleet of Kornit printers.

The new Blackburn-based unit has provided more space for Inkthreadable to grow, to warehouse blank stock, and to install new equipment as-and-when needed.

To coincide with the move, Inkthreadable also installed a new Kornit Avalanche HD6, bringing the total up to four. This install further expands Inkthreadable’s printing capacity and help shorten current lead times. The new unit can comfortably accommodate four more machines in the new production area.

The additional space will allow Inkthreadable to grow other departments too. Five new embroidery machines were also installed during the move, and there are plans to develop each department as demand for Inkthreadable’s services continues to grow.
