A new interactive selection guide on Vastex infrared conveyor dryers allows filtering between 30 specialised models according to printing method, belt width, expandability, wattage and voltage.
Mark Vasilantone, president, said: “The new guide allows beginners and experienced printers alike to sort models that best fit their available space, electrical requirements and anticipated production volume, and then link to detailed specifications for any model.”
Dryers are grouped in belt widths of 46, 66, 76, 137 and 198cm. All are suitable for screen printing applications, while 12 are engineered for direct to garment printing, and 27 for direct to film printing and adhesive powder curing.
Depending on available shop power of 120V, 208V, 230V, 240V, 380V or 400V, output ranges from 1.625 to 46.8 kW to satisfy virtually any low- or high-volume application.
The capacity (belt speed) of all floor-standing units can be doubled or tripled by adding one or two modular heating chambers and lengthening the conveyor belt. The heaters of all units are warrantied for 15 years.
