PF Concept acquires UK-based SPS

PF Concept has acquired the entire share capital of Blackpool-based SPS, a leading manufacturer and marketer of promotional products.

SPS serves the UK, Irish and European markets and with this acquisition PF Concept will expand its product offering throughout Europe, as well as strengthen its market position in the UK.
