All garments are ethically sourced and made with love and consideration for the environment. They are responsibly designed and made in fully audited factories using only quality fabrics tested to British Standards. All Vanilla clothing is also Oeko-Tex certified.
The side seam construction is perfect for an enhanced fit and ease of decoration while keeping garments from twisting. This combines with a soft handle, giving greater wearer comfort and a superior wash and wear performance. Adhesive or tear-out labels on garments all allow for simple rebranding.

The VAN106 Core Tee offers the best make-up in its class and represents superb value! Weighing in at 140gsm and crafted from ring-spun, semi combed cotton, its features include side seams for enhanced fit, improved washability and easier decoration alignment, as well as a tear out label, making it the perfect tee for personalisation. Designed with a contemporary regular fit and unisex styling, the VAN106 is available in sizes XS to 6XL and comes in four colours: black, white, midnight and silver melange.
New for 2022, the unisex VAN107 Retro Tee provides a great throwback option for your wardrobe with a superior printing surface for decoration. Designed with fashionable oversized styling and heavyweight, 180gsm fabric, the VAN107 is available in sizes S to 2XL and comes in six on-trend colours: black, white, light sand, heather grey, storm blue and greyed mauve.
The VAN233 Cotton Faced Hoodie is the perfect choice for year-round layering. The 100% cotton face provides a superior printing surface and serves as the ideal canvas for DTG printing. Made from 280gsm 80% cotton 20% polyester fabric, the hoodie features a self-colour jersey lined hood, jersey binding to back neck, self-fabric full needle rib double layered cuff and welt, flat lace drawcord running through hood and a central kangaroo pocket with double stitching for durability. Available in eight colours in sizes XXS to 4XL.

The VAN111 Men’s Organic Cotton Tee is also made from 100% sustainable material and perfect for DTG printing! This stylish and comfortable tee comes with a crew neck and a self-fabric back neck and shoulder tape.
For the kids range, the VAN402 Kids Organic Hoodie is made from 100% combed ring spun organic cotton and is the ideal choice for direct to garment printing! This stylish garment has self-colour jersey tape to the inside of hood, taped shoulders and a full needle, double layered cuff and welt applied with twin needle seam.
