Snuggle has paired this incredible new Kornit Atlas Max technology with Snuggle’s in house technicians who calibrate their printers in collaboration with their software geniuses who operate their dedicated software to achieve the optimum output to ensure customer satisfaction. They ensure that each print which is flying out the door is handled, printed, checked and packed with care and attention.
A changing world
Snuggle understands the world is changing and is ever more concerned with the environment and aiming to reduce waste as much as possible. The DTG print process is a sustainable print method using environmentally friendly Oeko-Tek certified inks which contain no hazardous and harmful chemicals. The process has zero water waste and the printers are all carbon offset when manufactured. Snuggle strongly embraces organic, sustainable brands and work closely with key brands such as Stanley/Stella to encourage the usage of environmentally friendly, sustainably and ethically made garments which are not only good for the environment but print exceptionally well giving incredible results for their customers.
This year saw the introduction of same day DTG, orders placed before 11am are shipped out and at times even delivered on the same day! Blistering lightning-fast speeds are achievable due to the huge 12,000 print daily capacity with the plant running day and night to service and meet those all-important deadlines.
Additional investment
2023 will see additional investment in Snuggles internal systems to speed up the printing process for customers small and large. Snuggle has opened up brand new avenues for decorators of all sizes enabling them to offer this customers options such as threadless embroidery and raised XDi prints which has taken off with a storm for brands and designers alike. Snuggle prints for companies such as Disney and Warner Brothers and is FAMA approved; therefore, the team understands the complexities and needs of printing with brands, corporations and rights holders across the world.
Unlimited colour embroidery will see additional investment in 2023 as customers are embracing the removal of limitations when embroidering with multiple colours. No longer are you restricted by the number of threads available on a machine, instead full colour intricate multi colour designs can be replicated and embroidered with ease.
Due to significant demand additional preparations are being made to invest in Snuggle’s embroidery equipment with additional machines on order for the early part of the year along. With its UV and sublimation departments all seeing incredible growth over the past year, you can ensure Snuggle becomes your one stop shop for all your decorating needs.
