It’s all brand new from Regatta Professional! 2021 has seen the workwear giant develop on its ever-expanding collection to deliver more choice, more sustainability, convenient rain-beating pieces and fun, fashion-led styles.
In 2019 Regatta Professional created the workwear industry’s first 100% recycled fabric and insulation clothing.
The Honestly Made clothing is crafted from plastic bottles collected from recycling centres, which are then processed and spun into thread. Following on from the success of the range, Professional has expanded the sustainable offering to some of the brand’s best-loved hero pieces including the popular Eco Dover jacket and Ablaze softshell, helping to cater to an even wider audience. A finished jacket contains approximately 40 recycled bottles, preventing thousands from landfill every day.

We all know how unpredictable the Great British weather can be, and that’s why Professional has created both women’s and kids’ Pro Packaway Jackets and Overtrousers. They’re perfect for providing protection from summer showers. Determined to diversify their ranges and mirror the industries they supply; the workwear specialist has also designed the Pro Action Trousers for women – helping them get the job done in protective, comfortable gear.
Megan Pacey, Regatta Professional’s assistant marketing manager, says: “It’s great to get some our most popular products integrated into the sustainable offering, especially the Ablaze softshell. Softshells are perfect for branding as they allow for screen, transfer and vinyl printing, as well as offering a bulk-free but protective outerwear option.”
Importance of versatility
Versatility is important when it comes to workwear and wearers need jackets that perform in unpredictable weather, while being convenient and easy to work in. Enter the new Blockade jacket.
Regatta’s new jacket is a great example of this versatility. It’s waterproof, fleece lined and comes with a handy d-ring attachment – ideal for attaching accessories when you’re on the go. Professional also have the new Broadstone fleece – the shower-proof finish makes it ideal for working in changeable weather. It’s these convenient design additions that give these products their edge and help workers stay professional on the job.
Fashion-forward
In 2021 Professional has been keen to expand on its fashion-forward designs too, appealing to businesses wanting to add style to their teams. With this in mind, the clothing expert created the new Tourer jacket.

The men’s jacket comes in a stylish quilted design and is finished with an on-trend cire coating. The stretch side panels are perfect for busy workers and the water-repellent finish keeps the wearer comfortable and fresh.
Another great example of Professional’s fashion-focused workwear are the Phoebe and Finn jackets. The his and hers shell jackets come in vibrant colourways and the women’s features a fun jersey stripe lining for a stylish touch. Best of all, they’re packed with weather-beating features, making sure the performance stands up to the style.
Megan adds: “The demand for more versatile clothing is there, especially for our sustainable range which will only get bigger. The Phoebe and Finn shell jackets are my personal favourites, they’re fun pieces and show that we can offer both fashion and performance to any workforce. We can’t wait to expand on this offering.”
