ZenSmart has released three AI tools

ZenSmart has released three AI-powered tools designed to simplify the implementation, management, and optimisation of production workflows.

Andrew Smith, managing director of Pictureworks Group, creator of ZenSmart, said: “These AI tools remove the three biggest barriers to workflow automation: time, complexity and cost.

“We’re changing the game for small and large manufacturers alike.”

AI-Start enables new users to go live in as little as one day – automatically integrating with major order sources like Shopify, Amazon, Taopix, Printify, ShipStation, DecoNetwork and Printavo, and mapping products to the correct manufacturing workflows without manual setup. For order sources not yet integrated AI-Start reduces the time to integrate by over 75%.

AI-Learn captures the unwritten rules that drive daily operations – like customer-specific exceptions or conditional shipping upgrade – turning tribal knowledge into structured automation. It empowers staff to teach the system what to do, instead of relying on consultants or developers. It means that you can go-live faster as ZenSmart can learn all your exceptions and edge cases on-the-go instead of having to configure everything upfront.

AI-Search is a powerful conversational agent that transforms how teams access data. Instead of relying on static reports or navigating complex filters, users simply ask questions in natural language: ‘What are today’s late orders?’, ‘Which team member handled the most units yesterday?’, or ‘What’s our average reprint rate this month?’.

ZenSmart AI-Search is powered by a domain-specialised large language model and connected in real-time to all aspects of ZenSmart’s data layer – orders, batching, QA, machines, SLAs, and more. It returns fast, intuitive, and accurate answers – even for complex queries.

Together, these innovations represent a significant step forward in making factory automation smarter, faster, and more accessible.
