Star products steal the show

Amaya Sales UK has broken all records during the first six months of 2017, with its star products, the Melco EMT16 Plus and the OKI A3 PRO9420WT with the Forever Transfer paper stealing the show.

Not far behind was the Texjet range of DTG printers with the Texjet Echo being the favourite. Also in the range is the Texjet Shortee and the Texjet More which is the latest long bed printer with a size of 95x40cm. This can also be used as a twin bed system so you can print two garments at the same time.

Kornit DTG printers 

Kornit is a world leader in the direct to garment equipment. Its printers have built pre-coating so the process is simplified. All you have to do is load the design, place your garment and print, that’s it.

Equipment ranges from the Kornit Breeze Kornit’s start up model, through to the Kornit Storm and Avalanche ranges through to the ultimate Kornit Vulcan. Printers that can produce up to 250 prints per hour on the Vulcan.

Polyprint DTG printers

These ever popular direct to garment printers cater for the small to medium production businesses.

The new Texjet Echo comes with magnetic snap on platens for ease of use and have pressurised re-fillable ink cartridges. The re-fillable cartridges allow you to purchase ink at a much lower rate than printers with sealed cartridges. Sometimes the cost can be up to 50% less.

Check out the print quality of the Texjet compared with other similar printers. Another big factor is that you can leave the Texjet switched off for around a month without any problems or flushing out.

Melco EMT16 Plus embroidery machines

The new Melco EMT16 Plus was released recently which comes with a new enhanced mother board. This allows the machine to be around 75% more efficient with progressive speed changes together with pantograph and needle case refinements.

The new model also allows around 30% more stitches per bobbin. Looking at the record sales for this years it looks like more and more multi-head customers are swapping over to the Melco EMT16 Plus modular system.

New OKI A3 PRO8432WT printer and Forever transfer paper

Amaya has also just launched the new OKI A3 PRO8432WT white toner printer. This is an exciting new product which will work in conjunction with the very popular Forever transfer paper. Remember you can use A3 Laser dark no cut Forever paper with the OKI to give your customers impressive large designs and great flexibility.

Forever offers a great range of transfer papers for a wide variety of processes. As well as the Laser Dark no cut another very popular product is the Flex Soft. This is a single colour application and comes in metallic, neons and standard colours. The Flex Soft will work on a basic black laser printer and remember there is no weeding!

Sef garment film and vinyl

Amaya offers a full range of Sef garment films for all types of materials and processes. The new Flexcut X4 has fast become a favourite for printing onto cotton and polyester. It gives you very fast weeding, a tacky liner gives you very fine cutting and only a four second transfer time.

Another popular product is Maxxflex which is a high quality multi-layered polyurethane film which is PVC free and produced without solvents. It has a good covering power, high elasticity and excellent weeding characteristics.

Amaya offers the excellent Graphtec plotter/cutter which is a leading supplier.

Stahls and Shulze high quality heat presses

The Stahls and Shulze presses are both strongly built and are of proven quality. The Stahls Fusion gives you swing and drawer facilities and has a pressure adjustment gauge to cut out the guess work.
