Expansion in DTF offerings

Xpres has added another great addition to its growing direct to film  range with the new Epson SC-F1000, a terrific, entry-level hybrid DTG/DTF printer. This sits alongside a number of exciting new additions this year.

Easy to use with a new hybrid design concept to suit retail and photo retail shops, the SC-F1000 DTG and DTF hybrid printer offers a range of features which ensures easy, and accurate printing.

It sits as the market’s first entry-level DTF/DTG machine that can print directly onto dark, as well as light, fabrics.

Image quality is enhanced by the use of Epson’s UltraChrome DG2 inks, which reduces bleed from yellow and black, while a vivid colour profile emphasises richness in graphic designs.

With the flexibility to print on a wide range of fabric types, such as cotton, nylon, leather, polyester, denim and 50/50 blends, the SC-F1000 is ideal for providing in-store services such as personalised garment printing in real-time.

A large opening lid simplifies the process of setting the garment or film onto the platen and sensors detect uneven settings to avoid printing errors.

Mimaki TxF300-75

The Mimaki TxF300-75 has been shown to increase productivity by 300% compared to the existing TxF150-75 model, further establishing Mimaki as a leader in textile and apparel printing solutions.

Embodying the same core functionalities as the TxF150-75, the TxF300-75 promises safe and stable operations while increasing productivity.

There are a number of integral features on this incredible machine for seamless operations including a degassed ink pack which stops air from entering through to the ink supply to the print head, preventing nozzle drop out and ensuring constant high image quality.

To supplement the DTF offering, Xpres has also expanded its drying and curing options with the arrival of the new Adkins Inline 800 DTF powder shaker cure unit. With its large capacity, low operating power, ease of use and fast curing times, the Inline 800 will meet your production demands without compromising quality or reliability.

Featuring a powerful shaker that ensures even distribution of powder across DTF roll films of all sizes up to 800mm in width. The unit also features high-efficiency curing lamps that cure powder quickly and evenly, resulting in high-quality prints that last.

The Inline 800 is easy to operate and maintain with its intuitive touch screen control panel, easy access for cleaning and built-in filtration unit. Compatible with a wide range of DTF roll to roll printers, it is a versatile and reliable solution for any DTF production environment.
