The whole Norty family enjoyed an afternoon of team-building and activities after the company invited its employees to a team day.
Held at its new HQ in Livingston, which opened in April, the Spindle House team joined the company’s ambassadors for a day away from their usual day-to-day roles.
Attendees were split into seven teams, each taking turns tackling a series of high-energy, entertaining challenges.
There was plenty of competition and laughter, with prizes handed out to members of the winning team.
James Homan, head of marketing and business development at Norty, said: “It was a fantastic afternoon and people genuinely had a blast. Best of all, it was wonderful to see colleagues from across the country gather in one place, connect and have some fun together as one Norty team.”
External facilitator Fiona Dewar also brought the fun as guest host for the afternoon.
