Inkloft, a new digital printing business founded by Gary Weyman and Andy Hancock, has entered the direct to film (DTF) market after being appointed as a distributor of DuPont Artistri DTF products.
The company’s launch offering focuses on the DuPont Artistri P1600 range, which is now available to purchase online through Inkloft’s website. The business has been established to provide access to digital printing inks alongside industry knowledge and technical expertise.
Mr Weyman brings decades of experience with DuPont and its digital printing ink portfolio, while Hancock owns inkjet development company Mexar, established in 2007.
He said: “Inkloft has been created because we believe there is an opportunity to offer an open approach to the DTF consumables market – genuine product knowledge, straightforward advice and easy access to high-quality inks.”
He added that Artistri is known for reliability and consistency, as well as its Print Head Assurance Policy. Mr Weyman also highlighted DuPont’s JA1100 Jettable Adhesive as an example of the company’s ongoing innovation.
