You may or may not know but M&R recently acquired Novus Imaging. Through the expertise and technical assistance M&R provides, Dave Roper will now be offering this equipment to the UK. The Novus Imaging range consists of various digital and wide format printers; however one of the company’s favourites is the Ultra 3200.
The new Ultra 3200 roll-to-roll industrial inkjet printer offers a wide array of innovative features and an industry-leading price-to-performance ratio. It’s designed for multi-roll printing and capable of printing substrates up to 3.2m (126in) wide.
Ultra 3200 delivers four-colour CMYK and true four-level greyscale printing. Advanced UV LED curing and ink technology provide low-temperature curing and reliable output without sacrificing print speed, colour, ink adhesion or media versatility. An optional white-ink channel (CMYK+W) adds capabilities and expands application opportunities.
Other Ultra 3200 features include adjustable platen vacuum; Ricoh Gen5 print heads; automatic gap control; material database; continuous print queuing; image nesting; onboard remote diagnosis; and the Novus Lycos print engine. Options include a double-sided print kit, mesh kit and a dual-roll system for precision handling of multiple rolls at one time.
