Amaya offers the leading DTG printers by Kornit and Polyprint together with the OKI white toner printer and Forever transfer paper.
The Kornit range of DTG printers are fully industrial and have a built in pre-treatment system. The built in pre-treatment saves massively on time and the cost of labour. Production on the Kornit ranges from around 200 dark prints a day on the small system right up to around 2,000 a day on the largest.
The Avalanche HD model which can produce A3 dark printed products for approximately 50p. This makes digital printing more sense on the small to medium order normally produced by screen printing. Launching this month will be the new Storm HD model which will give a similar cost per print.
The Texjet now offers the latest in rip software called Polyprint Digital Factory. It offers the complete solution for the Texjet series and comes with enhanced colour management plus workflow support that enables the quickest file preparation and production times. The Texjet printers offer superb quality printing, easy maintenance and can be left standing with the power off for around 30 days.
The OKI white toner printer and Forever transfer paper offer a great lower cost solution for printing full or single colour prints on to dark and light garments and hard substrates.
