Under TheMagicTouch banner the company has for almost 25 years pioneered toner-based technology offering eight different transfer papers that enable full colour imaging onto a multitude of products and applications. The toner-based technology has recently been enhanced further with the arrival of white toner removing many historical restrictions where the choice of printable product was generally white or pastel colour only. This has now changed.

The MagiCut brand continues to grow strongly with increased options of over 200 different types of flex, flock, glitter, reflective and garment vinyls. The traditional 123Flex and 123Premium flex products have proved very popular with their unique low-temperature attributes for easy application to performance and polyester based garments, thus avoiding any scorching or heat press marks.

And finally, DyeSubMagic the sublimation part of TheMagicTouch here in the UK in partnership with Sawgrass Technologies offers the new generation Virtuoso HD sublimation printers. The new A4 (SG400) and A3 (SG800) models feature a re-engineered transfer belt and upgraded piezo print head for improved image quality up to 1200x1200dpi and reliability as never seen before. The printers also feature the unique PowerDriver for colour management together with CreativeStudio online artwork software incorporating templates and tips for most application products. The company also support larger format options for sublimation with various printers and large format heat presses.

In the past the high entry-level equipment cost of each technology tended to force many customers to opt for one or the other, but today customers now embrace all three technologies which are affordable and upgradeable as volumes and demands increase.
